Part 2 of this series lay the foundation for succession planning, explores the daily role of managers in the succession effort and links succession planning and management to organizational and HR strategies. We will also review components necessary to build a systematic program, including a training framework for succession planning and management.
Attendees will learn how to create the foundation for succession planning by:
- considering the daily role of managers and leaders in the succession effort
- linking succession planning with organizational and HR strategies
- considering the components necessary to build a systematic program including a training framework
